The 96K314 energy storage BESS is a high-performance rack-mounted lithium iron phosphate energy storage system specifically designed for medium-sized to large industrial and commercial applications as well as photovoltaic storage and charging scenarios. It is composed of 6 independent battery modules (each module is 51.2V/314Ah/16kWh), connected in series, with a total nominal voltage of 307.2V and a rated energy storage capacity of 96.5kWh. This 96K314 energy storage BESS adopts a standard 19-inch rack-mounted installation design (the overall cabinet size is 1090×780×1190mm). Compared with the 80K314 (5 modules/256V), it has 6 modules, a voltage of 307.2V, and a capacity of 96.5kWh, making it the "capacity ceiling" in the rack-mounted BESS product line. The system supports up to 16 units of the same model connected in series, with a total voltage of up to 4915.2V and a total energy storage capacity exceeding 1.54MWh. It integrates an intelligent BMS, supports RS485, RS232, and CAN bus communication, has a cycle life of over 6000 times (0.5C/0.5C, 80% DOD), and a design life of more than 15 years. Compared with the 256V (5 modules) scheme, the 307.2V high-voltage platform further reduces the DC-side current by approximately 20%, is suitable for higher power PCS and inverter systems, and is a "all-round" player between flexible deployment in racks and high-capacity high-voltage cabinets.

Compared to the 5-module single-row solution (550×780×1690mm), the 6-module double-row solution reduces the height by approximately 500mm (from 1690mm to 1190mm), making it more suitable for scenarios with limited height, such as distribution rooms and basements. Each module can be independently pulled out and replaced without interrupting the operation.
Supports up to 16 devices of the same model connected in series, with a total voltage of up to 4915.2V and a total energy storage capacity exceeding 1.54MWh. Users can make phased investments according to project requirements - deploy 1-2 units (96-193kWh) initially, and gradually expand to 16 units as the business grows, without the need to replace the mainframe or redesign the system. With a single machine capacity of 96.5kWh, two units can form a 193kWh/614.4V system, perfectly meeting the typical requirements of medium-sized industrial and commercial as well as photovoltaic storage and charging projects.

1-2 units of 96K314 BESS (96-193 kWh) + 80-120 kWp photovoltaic power generation + three-phase hybrid inverter. Mode: Photovoltaic power supply during the day + energy storage charging, continuous discharge during peak electricity price periods (3-5 hours)
1-2 sets of BESS + EMS demand control. Monitor the transformer load. When the load approaches the upper limit, the energy storage discharges rapidly to reduce the peak, thereby reducing the basic electricity cost by 25-35%.
