Precautions for Using Lithium Batteries Pack

 

 

  • The wires connected to the lithium-ion battery pack must be firm, and the copper wires must be prevented from intersecting with each other. If they intersect, the controller of the lithium-ion battery will be damaged.
  • When wiring, be sure to pay attention to the waiting time for the lights. This time is set by the controller. Lithium-ion battery packs are generally half-charged when they leave the factory, so the electronic equipment we buy is generally Half-electric, these are normal phenomena.
  • It is not suitable to assemble the lithium-ion battery pack at night, so try to assemble it during the day.
  • Storage requirements: In an environment with a temperature of 25±5℃ and a humidity of not more than 50%, the corrosion of the aluminum foil by air and water vapor must be prevented during transportation.
  • The internal storage of electrical energy in lithium-ion batteries is achieved by a reversible chemical change in electrochemistry. Excessive discharge will cause irreversible reactions to such chemical changes. Therefore, lithium-ion batteries are most afraid of overdischarge.
  • Attention should be paid to the use and positioning of the cells of the lithium-ion battery pack to prevent collisions and open circuits. The cells must be firm to prevent loosening.
